I would love to be stoned enough to understand what the hell is happening here. They must have some crazy wonderful drugs in Japan Korea.

Unless you count soju, there are no crazy or wonderful drugs in Korea. Nevertheless, I’m happy to explain what’s going on here. From today’s paper:
Letter carriers clad in Santa Claus outfits leave the Korea Post building in downtown Seoul yesterday to deliver mail. Eleven major post offices across the country, including Seoul’s central post office downtown, will send out the jolly riders to deliver mail and packages until the end of December.
